1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from www.lavenluv.com within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items are in resalable condition.
- Returns include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Gift cards, sale items, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our support team at info@lavenluv.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lavenluv.com so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact info@lavenluv.com.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Promotional giveaways
- Items not purchased directly from our website
